The most useful first message is a short paragraph describing the system in question, the constraints around it, and the timeline you are working under. We aim to reply within two business days, and often faster.

What to include
- Context. The system, the team responsible for it, and the industry it operates in.
- Constraints. Compliance frameworks, existing vendors, internal preferences, or anything that would shape a proposal.
- Timeline. When the work would need to start, and any external deadlines it is anchored to.
- Point of contact. The person who will be reading the reply and, if different, the person who will make the decision.
Hours & response
Enquiries are read Monday through Friday. A first reply arrives within two business days. Existing clients on managed engagements reach us through the escalation path documented in the engagement letter — that path is faster and outside the general enquiry queue.
